Responsibilities
Design, program, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for existing and new equipment
Support automation initiatives and system integration across the plant
Contribute to capital projects, including scope definition, budgeting, and execution
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure electrical systems comply with technical specifications, codes, and safety standards
Troubleshoot, inspect, and optimize installed systems to improve performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
Design, program, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for existing and new equipment
Support automation initiatives and system integration across the plant
Contribute to capital projects, including scope definition, budgeting, and execution
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure electrical systems comply with technical specifications, codes, and safety standards
Troubleshoot, inspect, and optimize installed systems to improve performance and reliability
Strong expertise in PLC and HMI programming and industrial automation systems
Proficiency with Allen Bradley platforms (RSLogix, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View)
Working knowledge of industrial communication networks
Experience supporting manufacturing environments and capital projects
Ability to read and develop electrical drawings and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
