Fall 2026 Co-op – Creative Operations
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is a leading beverage company in North America, and they are seeking a Fall 2026 Co-op in Creative Operations. This role will support the Creative Team in managing processes, tools, and workflows to deliver high-quality creative assets while gaining hands-on experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Support creative request intake and ensure brand/legal requirements are followed
Help manage and create efficiencies for creative team and other users within workflows in our project management tool
Attend product lifecycle meetings and capture creative needs for packaging shifts, new launches, and retirements
Assist in creating training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos
Partner with designers to develop templates that simplify brand/legal reviews
Contribute to reviewing team workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in tracking product image updates and enhancements for creative through a CGI tracking document
Qualification
Required
Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Design, or another related field
Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Suite are preferred
