Medpace is a leading CRO for Biotech companies, currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join their Clinical Trial Management team. The role involves engaging in clinical trial management, compiling project-specific status reports, and coordinating project meetings to support the company's mission of accelerating the development of medical therapeutics.

Responsibilities

Engage in clinical trial management on a day to day level
Work closely with the project CTM for timely delivery of recurrent tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy
Compile and maintain project-specific status reports
Interact with the Sponsor, study sites, and internal associates
Provide oversight and quality control of our internal regulatory filing system
Manage study supplies
Create and maintain project timelines; and
Coordinate project meetings and produce quality meeting minutes

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Life SciencesOrganizational skillsTime management skillsResearch experienceComputer skills

Required

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field
Excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills

Research experience preferred
