Handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a variety of firm clients
Responsible for both handling employment matters directly and supervising others
Developing case strategies, drafting and reviewing work product, conducting depositions, and representing clients at hearings, conferences, and trials
Collaborating with partners and a team of attorneys, benefiting from the support of a team of paralegals and a shared secretarial pool
Focusing on efficient, high-quality legal work and giving increased flexibility without giving up the challenge of a full-cycle litigation practice
Qualification
Required
Over seven years of experience in employment law and litigation
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
Expertise in handling employment law matters
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Experience practicing in a law firm
Experience with matters covered by EPLI
Bar admission in California
