Traffic Team Leader/Project Manager

Responsibilities
Coach, lead, and inspire team members to reinforce a culture of ownership, engagement, and professional growth
Drive superior project execution, cross-service collaboration, and workload prioritization while monitoring project budgets and utilization
Support efforts to maintain long-term client partnerships by delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction
Work with peers, Group Managers, and Service Group team members to drive budget management, technical direction, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of West Virginia
8+ years of technical competency and project experience to include projects such as: Traffic Impact Studies, Traffic signalization, Corridor traffic signal optimization, Pavement Design Markings, Intersection improvement studies/ design, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) and detour plans, Accessible curb ramp design
Familiarity with WVDOH Traffic Design Directives, MUTCD, AASHTO, and PENNDOT Standards
Experience with roadway design software such as OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, or Civil 3D
Familiarity with travel demand modeling concepts including knowledge of traffic analysis software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM)
Ability to provide timely project deliverables
Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
Valid U.S. Driver's License is required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Preferred
Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) Certification
Minimum 4+ years of project management experience
Experience with roadway design software such as OpenRoads Designer
