Responsibilities

Provide program and project management for a multi-disciplinary engineering team involved with physics-based simulation and optimization of aerospace systems and subsystems

Plan, track, and execute complex tasking within technical, schedule, and budget constraints

Work across engineering disciplines and project roles - developing a general understanding of the importance and impact each technology area has on the overall objectives

Connect programmatic and technical teams together and track program goals ensuring on time deliverables

Help the customer update stakeholders via technical and programmatic briefings

Understand how government acquires, develops and integrates technology into existing and new programs

Work across stakeholder interest to keep the program moving forward technically

Required

Position requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or similar STEM Discipline

Be an advocate within the team for maintaining the CFD Research culture and embodying our core values

Be responsible for the business development within current and potential customer base

Deep understanding of electronics with a strong technical and business vision

At least 5 years of experience in engineering or project management. Including the following tasks:

Requirements Definition and Management

Schedule Development & Management

Cost Estimating & Budgeting Management

Effective communication, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop and deliver presentations

Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, including PowerPoint, as well as MS Project

Candidate must be a US Citizen and active Secret clearance or higher required
