Responsibilities
Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests
Develop and maintain a lively monthly calendar and coordinate special events
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and community spirit
Track resident engagement and ensure personalized support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role—ideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
Strong organizational and event planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
