Play a critical role in scaling Archer's growth by providing full-life cycle recruiting support of new hires across multiple teams that will transform the future of urban air mobility

Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage with passive candidates for niche technical roles

Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates' experience and motivations

Craft and distribute effective job descriptions to build a compelling pitch for qualified candidates

Partner with recruiting operations, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize hiring needs

Provide exceptional candidate experience while championing Archer's culture and employment brand
