They are seeking a Student Office Assistant to assist the Chemistry Technician Program director with curriculum development, student recruitment, website updates, library research, and standard office duties.

Responsibilities
Assist WSU Chemistry Technician Program director in developing curriculum materials
Help recruit and retain students
Update and enhance web sites
Conduct library and internet research
Maintain accurate and organized records
Assist with assessment and other standard office duties
Qualification
Required
Must be a WSU student, enrolled in classes at WSU
MSWord, Excel, general computer skills
Preferred
Basic understanding of chemistry principles
Excellent writing and communication skills
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video a plus
Detail-oriented, able to take the initiative and leadership role on projects
Able to work positively with individuals and as part of a team
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
