Start in 2026 SpringMission Produce is a global leader in the worldwide avocado business, and they are seeking interns for their 12-week paid summer internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience in various departments, collaborate on designing a booth for the Ventura County Fair, and present an innovation project.

Responsibilities
Collaborate to design Mission’s booth for the Ventura County Fair
Present a capstone 'field-to-fork' innovation project that showcases their creativity and industry insight
Qualification
Required
Positive and proactive mindset with a strong sense of enthusiasm and initiative
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university
Eligible to work in the United States prior to start date
Effective communicator who enjoys presenting to large groups of people
Willing to work in cold conditions from 38°F to 50°F and hot conditions, if working in the packing facility
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
