Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall project delivery
Management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives
Manage and provide construction oversight to OARs
Resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements
Responsible for ensuring the progress and technical performance of a project
Material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team
Provide leadership and direction to project engineers and construction teams
Fostering professional growth and development

Required

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience
12+ years of related design and construction project management experience with education or healthcare buildings
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (gmp/ lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governances, client satisfaction and management

Preferred

Design Assist Delivery experience
Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
