Responsibilities
Lead & Develop Teams – Support employees across operations, logistics, and administration. Learn to coach, train, and motivate teams for success
Master Operations & Equipment – Gain hands-on experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and logistics planning
Champion Safety & Compliance – Promote a Safety-First Culture by enforcing protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring a secure work environment
Optimize Logistics & Inventory – Learn how to track materials, manage shipments, and oversee inventory flow
Financial & Business Insight – Develop a strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, and cost-saving strategies
Customer & Quality Management – Ensure excellent service and quality control while developing conflict resolution and relationship management skills
