Sr. Crew Chief

Responsibilities
Lead the field crew through survey assignments
Plan and evaluate proposed field survey projects
Implement and adhere to prescribed quality assurance measures
Provide professional representation to clients while working at project sites
Travel to client sites
Prepare, process and manage assigned field survey tasks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Valid US driver's license required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience required
Must have highway, bridge, or utility corridor experience
Good oral and written communications
Demonstrates proficient knowledge about the surveying industry
Strong ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrates a willingness to provide assistance to mid-to-senior level individuals
Ability and desire to meet client driven schedules
Must be able to carry equipment over rough, uneven terrain, and physically navigate varying field conditions
Ability to travel short-term is required
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions required
Ability to represent him/herself and the company in a professional manner to the general public
Preferred
Associate degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
NSPS-CST Level II certification preferred; NSPS-CST Level III certification a plus
LSIT preferred
MA DOT experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred
Knowledge of AutoCAD design software & MicroStation software is preferred
