Responsibilities
Build and maintain Github CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer velocity and minimize deployment risk
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) for high availability, scalability, and security
Monitor and improve system observability: logging, metrics, alerting, on-call response
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to support test infrastructure, simulation environments, and production deployments
Lead the implementation of best practices in infrastructure security and cost optimization
Establish incident response protocols and support root cause analysis
Help shape DevOps processes, tools, and team culture as we scale
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE role
Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc
Strong background in scripting (e.g. Python, Bash)
Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes or ECS)
Familiarity with system observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
Excellent debugging and incident management skills
Comfortable owning large initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
Preferred
Experience supporting production systems in a defense, robotics, or hardware-adjacent environment
Knowledge of airgapped or secure deployment environments
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g. FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, or CMMC)
Exposure to embedded systems build pipelines or cross-compilation toolchains
Passion for automation, infrastructure design, and enabling engineering teams
Experience in infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
