Amazon is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of the BEATS organization within the North America Stores. The role involves managing a complex calendar, leading and mentoring a team of executive assistants, and coordinating travel and events.

Qualification

Required

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
