Remote Sales Agent — Flexible Scheduling
The Forehand Agency is hiring a Remote Sales Agent to identify customer needs and support account growth through high-quality interactions. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, recommending insurance solutions, and maintaining client relationships while working within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions using a consistent customer-experience approach
Listen to customers, diagnose needs, perform needs assessments, and recommend tailored life and health insurance solutions aligned with customer goals
Use CRM systems to document interactions, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records and workflows
Pursue upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities to support sales growth and account expansion
Aim for first-call resolution by troubleshooting issues, coordinating follow-up, and escalating when appropriate
Maintain ongoing client relationships through proactive follow-up and continued support
Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing training, and regular coaching to develop sales and product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 and willingness to obtain and maintain a state life and health insurance license
Dependable, coachable, and motivated by incentive-based compensation
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
Comfortable with basic PC tasks and able to quickly learn contact-center and CRM software
Able to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume interaction environment
Preferred
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or insurance is beneficial but not required; transferable skills and a strong sales aptitude will be considered
