They are seeking Culinary and Hospitality Interns to gain hands-on experience in various operational settings while developing essential skills in the hospitality and culinary industries.

Responsibilities
Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and client relations
Provide operational support across front-of-house, back-of-house, catering, marketing, and administrative functions
Support the execution of operational standards and contractual commitments
Assist with financial activities, including profit & loss and loss prevention
Help ensure safety, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety standards
Participate in associate learning and development initiatives
Gain experience in people management, including scheduling and time management
Assist with inventory management and loss prevention
Support daily culinary operations including food preparation, service, and kitchen organization
Execute menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and uniform standards
Assist with receiving, storage, inventory, and purchasing
Contribute to guest service excellence, innovation, and problem-solving
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Participate in associate learning and development activities
Gain exposure to the business side of food service, including financials and quality assurance
Qualification
Required
Genuine interest in the hospitality and service industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Genuine interest in culinary arts and the hospitality industry
Basic communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred
Experience, knowledge, or studies related to hospitality (preferred but not required)
Sustainability and environmental impact (e.g., carbon “foodprint,” farm-to-fork practices)
Quality assurance and food safety
Contract food service management
Enrolled in a culinary program or relevant coursework (preferred, not required)
Culinary, Baking, or Pastry Arts
Farm-to-Fork practices and sustainability in food service
Reducing the carbon “foodprint”
