Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire : Motivate a team of door-to-door canvassers to generate high-quality leads daily
Train & Support : Onboard, coach, and develop canvassers to hit performance goals and maximize earnings
Organize & Optimize : Manage scheduling, team logistics, and canvassing routes to ensure peak productivity
Represent the Brand : Uphold and embody the RIHI values in the community — you are the face of the brand
Drive Results : Set the standard and lead by example by participating in canvassing efforts when needed
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience — especially in door-to-door sales or canvassing
Confident, outgoing, and not afraid to knock on doors and make connections
Strong organizational and communication skills
Tech-savvy with basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Bilingual is a plus!
