The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will support the customer experience team, addressing customer challenges and designing tailored solutions to drive the adoption of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Solution Design: Work collaboratively with the sales, CX and product teams to develop customized solutions that address specific customer pain points and deliver measurable ROI at a fast time to value

Technical Implementation: as a post-sales motion, you will work hand in hand with project managers and solution engineering teams to deliver an implementation plan and full product roll out, leveraging the capabilities of Maven AGI's application platform

Technical Demonstrations: as a pre-sales motion you will support with technical demonstrations and proof of concept exercises to lead the prospect through the art of the possibility

Enterprise Customer Interactions: Engage with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation cycle and leading change management as an external consultant to partner with the customer

Coding: Develop and modify applications using the Maven SDK to demonstrate product features or support integrations during the sales process

Feedback Loop: Gather insights from customer interactions to inform product development and improve our offerings, ensuring we continue to meet market demands

Required

Comfortable software integration processes and coding in JavaScript on a NodeJS/NextJS stack (some Typescript and React experience a plus)

Experience with REST APIs, ETL tools, and data integration solutions such as Workato, and AirByte is a plus

Previous experience in an implementation engineering or pre-sales role, with a track record of supporting successful sales outcomes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers

Ability to deliver compelling PRDs, technical presentations and workback plans to both technical and non-technical audiences

Analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand complex customer requirements and propose effective solutions

A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends and advancements

Preferred

Experience with AI, LLMs and machine learning integrations

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, and Jenkins is a plus

Knowledge of security best practices for integrations. Experience with security and compliance regulatory requirements such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA is a plus
