BJ’s Wholesale Club is looking to fill a variety of internships in their Club Support Center located in Marlborough, MA. This internship program offers exposure to meaningful skills building and opportunities for permanent placement through full integration into the business.

Responsibilities

Join us for a summer of learning, development, and engagement events

Participate in site visits

Attend weekly IKE sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership

Engage in skills workshops

Join weekly coffee chats

Have coffee with the CEO

Complete final projects and presentations

Participate in engagement events

Qualification

Required

Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc

Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn

Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks

Collaborative and able to influence without authority

Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required
