Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate RCCA investigations for internal issues
Apply Human Factor Analysis and Classification system (HFACS) to identify human contribution to quality
Use problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, DMAIC, etc.) to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Maintenance) to develop, validate, and monitor corrective/preventive actions
Track and manage PQM (PIC Quality Management) documentation and ensure timely closure
Conduct quality audits (internal) and support external audits
Analyze quality metrics (scrap, rework, etc.) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Maintain quality documentation in compliance with ISO
Train staff in quality processes and root cause methodology as needed
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence

Required

Strong understanding of root cause analysis tools and techniques
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication, facilitation, and report-writing abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing with a focus on RCCA and CAPA processes
