Sales Account Executive, DACH

They are seeking a Sales Account Executive to enhance their commercial presence in the DACH region, responsible for driving revenue growth through customer engagement and technical sales discussions.

Responsibilities

Identify and investigate new sales opportunities through on-site customer visits, calls, demos, and factory tours
Understand customers’ needs, act as an advisor and coordinate internal resources to offer the most suitable solutions
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
Conduct presentations, lead technical and commercial discussions with prospects, and negotiate technical and commercial aspects of deals to successfully close contracts
Organize and maintain accurate records and reports in Salesforce, ensuring reliable sales forecasting
Stay informed about market trends, analyze the competition and assess the positioning of the company's products within your territory, proactively proposing action and improvement plans
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50 - 70%) within the assigned territory

Required

You should preferably reside in Germany, near an airport or major train station. The position could eventually also be based in another location, provided it offers quick and easy access to the main regions of the assigned territory
You are absolutely fluent in both English and German
Several years' experience in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Physics or Chemistry or similar) minimum
A customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal, presentation and listening skills
The ability to positively influence purchasing decisions
A team spirit! You enjoy working as part of a team, especially in an international and cross-functional organization
A great ease using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
A valid driver's license and passport
A major credit card for business travel

Preferred

Master's Degree preferred
An additional Marketing or Business Degree would be a plus
