Responsibilities

Distributing mail across the building
Running errands around Beverly Hills
Maintaining schedules with high attention to detail
Covering desks for regularly assigned assistants
Completing department projects
Reading and summarizing scripts for agents
Applying to and interviewing for desks immediately upon being placed in the floater pool
