Veterinary Clinician Scientist Faculty: Aging and Healthspan
The Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a Veterinary Clinician Scientist for a tenure-track faculty position focused on aging and healthspan. The successful candidate will conduct collaborative research, teach veterinary students, and contribute to patient care and academic service within the School of Veterinary Medicine.

Responsibilities
Conduct collaborative extramurally funded research in an area related to healthy aging and extending healthspan
Teach veterinary medical or other graduate students in relevant disciplines
Train graduate students and postdoctoral fellows
Provide academic service to the Department, School of Veterinary Medicine, and University
Participate in the School of Veterinary Medicine's research, patient care/diagnostic, teaching, and service programs
Support candidates who would like to provide clinical or diagnostics medical service
Qualification
Required
Terminal Degree
DVM-Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree. Candidates must have a DVM or equivalent degree by start date
