They are seeking a Chief Engineer who will oversee all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely while maintaining a clean and safe facility.

Oversees all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely
Responsible for preventive maintenance programs, departmental leadership, and coordination with vendors and contractors
Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members
Qualification
Required
Maintenance experience with Strong Problem-Solving skills
Ability to work independently with Time Management and Attention to Details
Oversees all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely
Responsible for preventive maintenance programs, departmental leadership, and coordination with vendors and contractors
Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members
Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs
Must be able to carry 35–50 lbs. up to 200 ft
Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push, and pull
