The role involves generating appointments, assisting customers with vehicle selection, and ensuring a memorable customer experience through effective communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
Generating leads for our F&I managers
Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
Qualification
Required
Experience working with customers on a regular basis
No experience necessary
Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Prior sales or customer service experience
Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base
Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
