They are seeking a Packaging Engineer to develop internal packaging requirements, design returnable racks, and manage packaging standards and processes. The role involves collaboration with suppliers and the India team to improve packaging quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Developing internal packaging requirements
Designing returnable racks for part delivery between suppliers and the factory
Managing returnable racks for the customer Campus – including audits, loop sizing, and repair
Develop Packaging standards and standard work for the inbound material and Kitting
Develop Kitting instructions with Visuals considering into POU process in terms of Orientation, packaging material, sequence
Familiar with different packaging materials used in Industry to avoid material damage during Warehouse to Assembl facility during transit
Supporting the India team with POs for the repack of material at our external repack vendor (approximately 1286 POs currently)
Managing feedback to our suppliers for packaging improvements in quality, cost, delivery
Coordinating of rack repairs and new rack purchases
Qualification
Required
