Responsibilities

You’ll lead the design process on complex projects to ensure all design solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and project goals
You’ll prepare and review design documentation, create and review detailed drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and feasibility
You’ll maintain project documentation including scoping documents, design inputs, quality checklists, and project filing systems
You’ll oversee scope and quality review processes for your projects ensuring adherence to client specifications and high-quality standards
You’ll proactively monitor and resolve any technical issues or challenges throughout the project lifecycle while managing time effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
You’ll enjoy what you do. You’ll work with great people, continue to learn and grow, and have a good time doing it

Required

High level of expertise in quality assurance
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills for coordinating various project owners, stakeholders, and client interactions
In-depth understanding of industry-standard design practices, codes, and regulations
Strong portfolio showcasing successful execution of large, complex projects
At least 5 years of experience designing power delivery systems
Proven track record in successfully executing large and complex projects
Passion for design excellence with a focus on detail and quality assurance in every deliverable
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Strong communicator with the ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams effectively
Proficient with business and engineering applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Preferred

Some college education in relevant fields such as electrical engineering, design, or a related discipline
