Responsibilities

Install and configure Oracle databases
Manage database backup and recovery processes
Monitor database performance and resolve bottlenecks
Implement and enforce database security measures
Create and maintain database schemas and structures
Support database migrations and upgrades

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

Familiarity with data backup and disaster recovery strategies
Ability to write and debug database scripts
Install and configure Oracle databases
Manage database backup and recovery processes
Monitor database performance and resolve bottlenecks
Implement and enforce database security measures
Create and maintain database schemas and structures
Support database migrations and upgrades

Preferred

Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard
Knowledge of cloud database platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, Oracle Cloud)
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
Experience with database monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
