Regional Sales Director - Las Vegas

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S. They are seeking an experienced sales hunter to lead the sales motion in Las Vegas, focusing on selling to the C-suite and managing enterprise sales of various technical solutions. The Sales Director will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities, generating proposals, and maintaining customer relationships within the Las Vegas region.

Responsibilities

Assist operations with site walks to enable proposal generation
Proposal generation to customers
Managing responsibilities with customers and prospects regarding:
Sales calls
Proposal generation
Change orders (if needed)
Problem resolution
Schedule assist
Leads generation
Establishing local relationships
Working with carriers for opportunities that do not fit their ROI
Attend appropriate trade shows
Maintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce and providing weekly status updates and other reporting as required
Traveling as required to engage prospective customer opportunities

Reside in Las Vegas
Comfortable selling to the C-Suite
Proven track record in enterprise sales of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
Proven track record in enterprise sales of Private LTE/5G Cellular Networks
Proven track record in enterprise sales of Public Safety Systems
Proven track record in enterprise sales of WLAN Solutions
Proven track record in enterprise sales of SDLAN
Proven track record in enterprise sales of Fiber-to-the-Edge
Proven track record in enterprise sales of SaaS or WaaS
Ability to prospect for own opportunities
Experience selling jointly with channel partners
Experience engaging opportunities with enterprise customers
Ability to assist operations with site walks for proposal generation
Experience in proposal generation to customers
Experience managing responsibilities with customers and prospects regarding sales calls
Experience in managing proposal generation
Experience in managing change orders
Experience in problem resolution
Experience in lead generation
Ability to establish local relationships
Experience working with carriers for opportunities
Ability to attend appropriate trade shows
