Regional Sales Manager for South East Asia (SEA)

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South East Asia to represent their unique luxury expeditions, focusing on business development, sales strategy execution, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and trade partners in the region.

Responsibilities
Target, negotiate and maintain a constant presence with DMC in SEA
Facilitate entry into international tour operator brochure programs and other sales and marketing channels
Meet and exceed sales target for the assigned region
Help develop and implement Yearly Sales Plan, Strategy and Budget
Assure proper execution of sales strategy and budget
Meet with DMC in the region of responsibility and strenghts business agreements and sales incentives
Conduct all necessary product, destination training for all our products and services to clients in region
Participate and organize sales calls with clients in the region on an ongoing basis
Arrange trade fair participation, preparation, and conduct all appointments and necessary follow up when the opportunity arises
Maintain strong ongoing relations with trade Affiliations and Memberships
Maintain strong and close relations with pieers for cross selling activities and goals and monitoring of KPIs
Constant support to the Reservations team and Expeditions Consultants so as to assist them in improving sales conversions
Negotiate, follow-up and develop all potential Charter contract agreements with clients
Manage and update trade database, online and offline web trade inquires, based on regional responsibilities through the use of CRM
Manage commissions approvals and / or special discounts, for clients or passengers, based on existing terms and business agreements
Monitor competition and be aware of their market actions, initiatives and promotions to feed marketing team with information
Provide assistance for Fam Trips
Approve Agent Portal credentials
Handle comments cards, passengers’ feedbacks and Cruise Directors reports related to the region
Attend to client´s concerns and any Customer Service issues
Participate in weekly and monthly calls with Sales Team and Finance team
Monitor and analyze statistics of sales forecasts and monthly results, based on regional responsibility for
Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports for Director of Sales
Keep the Sales Trip Calendar updated with scheduled CRM campaigns
Ensure CRM campaigns is updated with feedback and conclusions
Monitor and report sales budget vs actual
Qualification
Required
Business Administration or Professional in Sales career
+ 10 years' luxury sales experience in the travel industry and extensive regional travel
Native Vietnamese, advanced English, preferable Spanish and French too
Preferred
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written for interacting with internal teams and external clients
Technical Proficiency: Using CRM systems, sales software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
Finance management and Financial Analysis
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and documents
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
