Early Career Rotational Program- Engineering Majors
Swagelok Southeast Texas is offering a two-year Early Career Rotational Program designed for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates seeking hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. Participants will gain exposure to technical sales, operations, and applied engineering, ultimately leading to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Learn how engineering knowledge is applied in technical sales, from inside support to outside account management
Rotate through Warehouse, Purchasing, and Planning/Scheduling to see how products and solutions move from design to customer delivery
Collaborate with our Custom Solutions and technical teams to understand system design, fluid system components, and customer applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
