Required

Active Property & Casualty License required

Experience in the industry directly involving commercial insurance sales support (the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience)

Prior leadership experience required

Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all

Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner

Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
