Responsibilities
Build and scale AI-powered contract management solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and data science teams
Own and operate key areas of the platform ("you build it, you run it")
Qualification
Required
6+ years in software engineering
Strong experience with Python and TypeScript (NestJS, FastAPI, Flask, Django)
Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
Skilled in API development, cloud environments (AWS), Docker, and Terraform
Familiarity with Kubernetes, DevOps, and modern distributed systems
Strong communication skills, especially with legal professionals
Experience leading projects and participating in on-call rotations
