Required

Master's degree in SLP/Communication Sciences and Disorders – REQUIRED
Must be able to provide supervision – REQUIRED
Resume showcasing relevant experience and credentials
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency)
NPI (National Provider Identifier)
State License in Texas required
Must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist by the Texas Department of Licensing Regulation (TDLR)
Maintain licensure in accordance with ASHA standards

Preferred
