Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, services, maintains and tests various systems and equipment
Install tubing on instrumentation task with accuracy and quality
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on pneumatic equipment
Prepare safety devices with proper fittings
Perform safety testing and troubleshooting of devices and safety systems
Assist and maintain high level of work quality
Perform all work in accordance with established safety standards and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Three (3) years of instrumentation experience
In-depth knowledge of pneumatic devices, valves, actuators, and control systems
Knowledge of PPE equipment required for the tasks
Dedicated to constant improvement and attention to detail
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
Instrumentation tubing installation techniques
Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and control systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid driver's license and will need to meet the company's insurers driving policy requirements
Preferred
Technical certification or diploma in instrumentation and pneumatic systems preferred
Experience with automation and control systems
