They are seeking a full-time Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialist to implement, maintain, and support their electronic health record system, ensuring compliance and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Support the setup, configuration, and customization of the EHR system

Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements

Assist with upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts

Provide help desk support for EHR-related issues, including troubleshooting and escalation

Develop and deliver training materials, manuals, and sessions for new and existing users

Conduct workflow assessments to identify areas for process improvement

Serve as a resource for best practices in documentation and EHR use

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of health records

Create and run reports to support clinical and operational needs

Assist in data migration, audits, and quality assurance checks

Work closely with clinical leadership to align EHR functionality with patient care goals

Partner with IT and compliance teams to maintain system integrity and security

Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather feedback and plan improvements

Perform other related duties as assigned to support system optimization and organizational goals
