Manager, People Technology

The Manager, Global People Technology will lead a team to execute the Global People Team Portfolio Roadmap, focusing on transforming the People Team into a data-driven function through system automation and efficiencies.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of senior analysts to deliver roadmap priorities and ensure quality execution
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement
Provide operational oversight of workload, delivery timelines, and execution quality
Be the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring delivery to contracts and KPIs
Be a SME for RFI/RFP plans and vendor negotiations
Influence roadmap alignment through analytics and partner engagement
Partner with Technology and Legal to uphold cybersecurity, user access, and platform integration protocols
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in HR technology or related fields
Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering through others
Platform fluency across multiple HR Technologies such as Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and Unily
Knowledge of enterprise systems configuration
Experience in vendor management, program execution, and matrixed influence, and data privacy
Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and new ideas
Experience working across global teams within a complex organizational structure
