Responsibilities
Take ambiguous and technical customer feedback and help the team distill into product direction
Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, product marketing and more to ensure a successful product experience gets delivered to users, and improved on over time
Communicate product direction internally to sales, marketing, as well as externally to customers in sales conversations and in our community
Work closely with founders and leadership to set the product strategy for Census and Fivetran, as well as the wider data ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Proven history of delivering highly successful and innovative software products related to data and/or data infrastructure, and a demonstrated understanding of data/operations personas
Experience with managing a multifaceted product roadmap, collaborating directly with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and execute on bold product vision
Strong written and verbal communication to influence and drive strategy internally
Passion for working with technical customers to understand their pain, improve our product, and share our vision
