Responsibilities

Actively participates in the planning and execution of servicing transfers

Analyzes and converts data

Ensures accuracy in transfer processes

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions for both clients and internal stakeholders

Completes data conversion and portfolio integration

Conducting detailed reviews of transfer documentation

Identifying discrepancies

Contributing to the development of streamlined transfer procedures

Troubleshoots issues and provides insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of servicing transfers

Required

High school diploma or GED required

1+ years' experience in servicing transfer/loan boarding required

2+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced workplace environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals, both internal and external to the organization

Strong interpersonal skills
