Responsibilities
Develop and implement a MDM strategy to ensure data quality, integrity, and ownership organization-wide
Design and manage a scalable data architecture framework to support data integration, storage, and reporting needs
Create and uphold data governance policies and best practices to ensure high-quality data management practices across all business units
Lead data cleanup, automation, and integration initiatives to optimize processes
Oversee data quality management to ensure accurate reliable data for operations and decision-making
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for BI solutions and adoption
Design and maintain data warehouses, marts, and analytical structures to support reporting and BI applications
Develop and enhance reporting tools and visualizations to drive business insights
Maintain thorough documentation, including data dictionaries, processes, and project plans
Define and suggest systems guardrail to prevent improper editing permission and data inaccuracy
Stay ahead of industry trends to align data solutions with evolving business objectives
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in data architecture, database management, or data warehousing
3-5 years of leadership experience
Bachelor's degree (MBA/MIS preferred)
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, reporting and ETL processes
Knowledge of databases like Snowflake, Redis, MongoDB Atlas, and MemSQL
Proven skills in data mapping, analysis, and quality management
Solid proficiency in reporting tools, data visualization, and actionable analytics
Remarkable analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Experience with data governance and performance measurement tools
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce dashboards and analytics apps preferred
