Own and manage Paxos' comprehensive transaction monitoring program, including annual red flags assessments and implementation of new regulatory guidance

Oversee contractor staffing and performance, ensuring L2 review processes meet quality standards and regulatory expectations

Translate complex blockchain and fiat transaction data into actionable insights and risk-based recommendations for leadership

Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring procedures, ensuring clear narrative-building for regulatory examinations

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement real-time monitoring improvements that enhance customer experience

Monitor emerging regulatory developments and industry best practices, proactively adapting monitoring strategies to stay ahead of compliance requirements
