In this role, you will partner with investment professionals to provide industry insights and synthesize research findings while gaining exposure to various sectors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Assignment to a sector, where you will develop subject-matter expertise on the key themes and KPIs that drive the industries and companies in your coverage
Composition of research reports that synthesize findings for our investment professionals
Interactions directly with our investment professionals, learning the discretionary investment process from them and helping drive more informed investment decisions
Collaboration with our proprietary research teams including Product, Data Sourcing, and Data Science and Engineering to source and extract the most value out of new and existing data assets
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate degree or advanced degree with demonstrated academic success
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
Elevated business intuition and an innate ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An understanding of and passion for how companies, industries, and sectors operate and function
Proficiency with Excel and/or data processing/programming (SQL or Python preferred)
Experience leveraging data analysis as part of fundamental research process for business, public policy, finance, engineering, applied sciences, or other quantitative fields a plus
0-2+ years of prior equity/investment/scientific research or consulting experience helpful but not required
