Responsibilities

Assist the team in interconnected efforts related to sensor and test bed design and operation
Work with hardware doing trade studies, designing specific components, or testing system performance
Build control code for radar positioners, optimize data processing algorithms, or provide data analysis tools for field operators
Perform high-level analysis of existing data sets or help model tests to plan experiments

Required

Current enrollment in a program working toward a BS, MS, or PhD degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or other technical fields
Minimum 3.5 GPA strongly desired
Demonstrated effective organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with the appropriate design and analysis tools in your area of interest. For example: Git version control, CI/CD, Python, C++, Julia, if interested in software; CAD, ANSYS, FEKO, SolidWorks, if interested in hardware, RF design, or electromagnetics; Statistical analysis methods, R, Minitab, if interested in analysis; Test equipment operation, troubleshooting, equipment schematics, if interested in experimental work
MATLAB or Numeric/Scientific Python skills are desired
Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required
