Independently oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact

Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, digital team and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction

Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies

Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement

Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns
