Results-Driven: Amplify our media sales efforts by managing the sales team to implement local sales and marketing strategies to attract, grow and retain business, showcase opportunities and deliver results across our multi-media content platforms and digital assets
Strategic Planning: You'll develop and implement cutting edge sales and marketing plans that not only amplify our reach but also align with our company goals
Team Leadership: Leading a team of sales professionals is no small feat! You'll mentor and inspire them to hit and exceed their targets while cultivating a collaborative environment
Market Analysis: Keeping an eye on market trends and customer needs is essential. You'll identify new opportunities for expansion and growth, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition
Authentic Relationships: Building strong, lasting relationships with key clients is crucial. You'll be the face of our brand, amplifying customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service
Dynamic Oversight: You'll track sales performance metrics and provide insightful reports to senior management, helping us make data-driven decisions

Required

Bachelor's Degree
