ITSM Contract Program Manager
Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is a fast-growing government service provider seeking a Contract Program Manager to support their government customer in the National Capital Region. The role involves overall management of the contract, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and schedule constraints, while maintaining documentation and communication with senior management.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan
Be responsible for the overall management of this contract as well as daily oversight of the work performed to ensure the requirements of this contract are implemented within cost, quality, and schedule constraints
Develop and maintain documentation, reports, project plans, and other materials relating to the execution of this Contract
Apprise senior management on productivity and quality assurance via informal updates and DoD OIG staff Briefings
Identify and communicate any issues/risks to DoD OIG during execution of this contract and offer recommendations on how issues/risks should be mitigated
Notify the COR when the contractor believes any DoD OIG activity may impact performance, schedule, or cost
Attend scheduled status meetings with the COR to communicate progress/performance, identification of performance problems, recommended corrective actions, and other pertinent issues
Ensure all positions that require special technical and security certifications are filled with qualified personnel
Ensure all certifications are up to date without any lapse in coverage
Provide trip reports for all travel within 5 business days after returning from travel location
Submit travel authorization packages to the appropriate parties 10 business days before travel
Provide quarterly report indicating status of mandatory personnel training
Qualification
Required
Must have Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Mathematics, Engineering, and/or Quantitative Analysis or other related field. Or Approximately 24 Semester hours of courses in those disciplines
Fifteen or more (15 >) years' cost analysis experience
Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources (e.g. cost and software data reporting, EVM)
Must be U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
