They are seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Tech to assist the maintenance team in ensuring all plant equipment functions at optimum levels and to perform general building maintenance.

Responsibilities
Assist the maintenance team and support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed, including general building and grounds maintenance
Ensure all plant equipment is functioning at optimum levels by performing repairs and long-term improvements
Responsible for maintenance and repairs of the building (interior and exterior structures and related fixtures and utilities) through the use of a variety of skills consisting of advanced carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor, HVAC and ammonia systems
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Must have at least (2) two years' experience in commercial building maintenance functions including the following: HVAC, ammonia systems, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor repair, rack building
Must have a valid driver' license
Must have own tools
Preferred
Electrical Certification, Welding Certification, or HVAC Certification
Ability to read blueprint and schematic diagrams
Ability to work with outside contractors
Ability to work with minimal supervision
The understanding of problem solving and time management
Operate a variety of maintenance equipment, including but not limited to hand and power tools, snow plow equipment and fork lift
Reliability, dependability, multi-task, oriented, flexible in scheduling and after hour on calls
