Responsibilities

Manage deadline-driven proposal development process from beginning to end—including setting and leading meetings—working with business development leads, project managers, and technical staff, under guidance from the area marketing manager

Provide message development for proposals—conceptualizing, researching, and producing content, including graphic development

Create layout and ultimate document design of proposals and other marketing collateral, utilizing existing templates and brand standards

Write non-technical copy, and edit, proofread, and shape copy provided by technical staff

Support other marketing efforts by coordinating business strategies, participating in client development, preparing presentations, tracking pursuits and client requests, and generating reports

Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems

Maintain marketing intranet, collaboration, and file repository sites

Responsible for maintaining quality control standards for proposal and marketing components
