MRI Technologist - Radiology (Per Diem)
Hartford HealthCare is Connecticut’s most comprehensive healthcare network, and they are seeking an MRI Technologist to join their team at Hartford Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center. The role involves performing MRI exams, preparing and positioning patients, and assisting in diagnosis by producing accurate cross-sectional images.

Responsibilities
The MRI Technologist performs MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) exam in the hospital by selecting specific software parameters according to established protocols in order to assist the referring physician in diagnosis
The MRI Tech prepares and positions patients, injects patients with contrast media, and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately to produce cross-sectional images of the body
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited Radiography program (ARRT) or graduate from American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) with an Associate Degree with focus in medical image preferably MRI
Basic Life Support (BLS)
